Valenzuela to build its 1st water catchment basin

IN a bid to address the perennial flooding on a section of McArthur Highway, Valenzuela Mayor Weslie Gatchalian revealed on Monday his plan to construct a two-kilometer water catchment basin, which will be the city’s first catchment facility.
